Benefit Eligibility

TM Track Machines offers health and welfare benefits to all full-time employees. New salaried employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. New hourly employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Holiday Pay

TM Track Machines provides all regular, full-time employees with seven (7) paid holidays. Holidays observed are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Employees also receive one floating holiday to be used at any time during the year.  Employees are eligible for Holiday Pay immediately.

Vacation Pay

TM Track Machines offers all full-time, regular employees with vacation time to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. To qualify for vacation benefits, a full-time employee must have completed one full year of continuous employment. Part-time employees are not eligible for vacation. For specifics on the vacation policy for the position for which you are applying, please discuss with the Recruiting Specialist or Hiring Manager during the interview process.

Personal Days

TM Track Machines provide all full-time employees with 4 days of personal time per calendar year. Personal Days can be used for unexpected incidentals such as: illness, injury, doctor appointments, or personal reasons. Personal days accrue at the rate of approximately one day per quarter. Employees will be eligible for 8 hours of personal time following 90 days of employment.

Bereavement Pay

TM Track Machines will provide all regular, full-time employees with bereavement leave of up to three (3) working days due to the death of an immediate family member. TM Track Machines defines “immediate family” as your spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling, as well as your spouse’s child, parent, or sibling.
